10 Reasons to Spay or Neuter Your Pet
Reduce risk of cancer
Especially in female animals who are spayed before their first heat cycle, there is a greatly reduced risk of different kinds of cancer, including breast cancer.
Less likely to run away.
Fertile animals, especially males, are much more prone to roaming, while a spayed/neutered animal is more content to stay home and enjoy the company of its family.
Reduced risk of biting
Surgical sterilization reduces all forms or aggressive behavior in both male and female animals and greatly reduces the chance that your pet will bite you or someone else.
Less fighting with other animals
Along with the reduced risk of biting, a sterilized animal is much more likely to live peacefully with other animals.

Less Likely to be given up
According to a study conducted by the National Council on Pet Population, a fertile animal is much more likely to be abandoned, surrendered to a shelter or given away, probably because a sterilized pet is a happier and better adjusted animal.

This agreement is made and entered into this _____ day of ____________ 2011 and between Debbie Withrow (Seller), and ________________________ (Buyer), for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of purchase by the Buyer of a purebred___________________ from the litter whelped on __________________ out of ___________________________ and ________________________________.
For $_______, the seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to purchase a female_______________________, male___________________ companion puppy/dog from the litter described above subject to the following terms.
Seller warrants that the above described puppy/dog is a purebred _____________________ and is registerable with the American Kennel Club and that the registration papers have NOT been provided to the Buyer as of the date of the completed purchase.
Puppies must be spayed/neutered before the age of one year. Adult dogs must be spayed/neutered within one month from date of purchase.
This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to ensure the well being and protection of this puppy/dog.
